High Waist Period Pants

Good news! Washing period pants is not too much more effort than washing
your regular underwear. Just rinse them with cold water first and then wash as
you would your regular underwear - we recommend a maximum temperature of 40°C - just avoid bleach and fabric softener and hang to dry. Luckily, we have a guide on all about caring for your period underwear so you can wear, wash and repeat for more than 50 times.

The High Waisted style in particular is great for those days when you feel a little bloated - the seams go all the way up to your waist offering maximum coverage over your tummy and backside. High Waisted period pants come in 3 different absorbency levels - light, moderate and heavy. So you can choose the absorbency level based on your flow.
