Don't worry! The pants have a specialised wicking and absorbent layer that is treated with an antimicrobial odour control system - which sounds technical but basically means it intercepts any smells, even if it's hot and sweaty.
The average time women+ will bleed in a cycle is 2 to 7 days, and each pair of period pants should last for up to 12 hours. So, a 3 pack of period pants will give you three days of best-in-class protection, to make sure you’re covered for your full cycle, we recommend purchasing two multipacks.

Washing period pants is not too much more effort than washing your regular underwear. Just rinse them with cold water first and then wash as you would your regular underwear—we recommend a maximum temperature of 40°C. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and hang to dry – it’s as simple as that!
You know your flow better than anyone, but sometimes it can take us by surprise. As a good rule of thumb:
Light absorbency: Up to 1 pad or tampon change per day
Moderate absorbency: Up to 3 pad or tampon changes per day
Heavy absorbency: Up to 6 pad or tampon changes per day
You can always use a higher absorbency than you think you need for your peace of mind, and if you’re not sure which absorbency you need, a mixed absorbency period pants starter pack could be a good choice.
