Good news! Washing period pants is not too much more effort than washing your regular underwear. Just rinse them with cold water first and then wash as you would your regular underwear - just avoid bleach and fabric softener, then just hang them out to dry away from direct heat and sunlight. We don’t recommend tumble drying your period pants.

Even though the High Leg style is cut higher at the front, that doesn’t mean there’s any compromise on performance. All of our period pants are designed to absorb whatever flow is thrown at them, so you don’t need any additional products. 

However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, you can still wear disposable products. You can do this with every wear or just while you get used to your new method of period protection, whatever works for you! 

Everyone has their own unique flow, so finding the right absorbency level for you can be tricky at times. A good indicator is how many times you change your pad or tampon per day. 

Our light absorbency pants are equivalent to up to 1 pad/tampon change. 

Our moderate absorbency pants are equivalent to up to 2/3 pad/tampon changes. 

Our heavy absorbency pants are equivalent to up to 6 pad/tampon changes. 

All of our period pants are available in a size range of 2XS to 3XL to make sure everyone can find their perfect fit.  

We recommend measuring around your hips at their widest point to find the best fit for you, then find that measurement against our handy size chart that you can find on every page. The pants should fit snugly but not so tight that they become uncomfortable –– like a lovely firm hug.
