Wash before use.
1. After using the pants, rinse in cold water.
2. Machine wash at 40 degrees with the rest of your clothes. You can use our laundry bag to increase the lifespan of your pants. Do not tumble dry, nor use bleach or fabric softener.
3. Hang to dry.
If proper care instructions are followed, our period pants will last for 50+ washes and maintain the same performance.

  • Good news! Washing period pants is not too much more effort than washing your regular underwear. Just rinse them with cold water first and then wash as you would your regular underwear - we recommend a maximum temperature of 40°C - just avoid bleach and fabric softener and hang to dry. Luckily, we have a guide on all about caring for your period underwear so you can wear, wash and repeat for more than 50 times.

  • Our moderate-flow period pants are equivalent to up to 3 pad or tampon changes. 

    If you’re usually only changing your pad/tampon once a day, our light-flow pants might be a more suitable option. For those of us who may experience a heavier flow, our heavy absorbency period pants will keep you comfortable and protected all day.
