    It’s ok to have questions.

    • Period pants look and feel like normal underwear, except you can bleed in them. Trust your pants to deal with whatever flows your vagina throws at them, without any unexpected surprises.

    • Over an average use of 12 hours, consumer tests (in France, UK & Colombia) showed that 90% of women did not have any unexpected accidents. Depending on your period flow, this can be up to 12 hours.

    • Our current range of Bodyform™ period pants offer protection for light, medium and heavy period flow.

    • Bodyform™ period pants are designed for any flow your vagina throws at them. There's no need for any other period products as the built-in absorbent gusset is there to lock everything snugly in. They're also better for the planet and a more sustainable option for your period - just bleed, wash and repeat, wear after wear.

    • Don't worry! The pants have a specialised wicking and absorbent layer that is treated with an antimicrobial odour control system - which sounds technical but basically means it intercepts any smells, even if it's hot and sweaty.

    • Let's find out the facts behind the fabric! Polyamide is a synthetic material, you might know it better as nylon. Synthetic means it is man-made, as opposed to cotton, which is a natural material. You might not know this, but you’ve probably worn polyamide several times before. It’s commonly used in sportswear and swimwear due to its excellent moisture-wicking properties.  

      So, if you’ve ever wondered how you stayed dry after an intense workout, you can thank polyamide for that! 

    • The absorbent gusset uses what we call TriTech Performance.  

      This innovative technology, exclusive to Bodyform™, is comprised of three layers: wicking, absorbent and breathable. The wicking layer is made of modern technical fabrics that draw moisture away from the body—similar to sportswear. These fabrics are made from high-tech polyester, which quickly transports fluids into the absorption layer to feel as dry as possible on the surface. Additionally, the gusset is sealed around the edges, so you can trust it to keep your fluids in. 

    • Our pants are made with real bodies of every shape and size in mind. The gusset is positioned under the vulva –– as it should be! –– providing full coverage and peace of mind. The gusset is widened significantly at the front and rear for absolute leak protection where you need it most.  

      The gusset's length depends on the pants' absorbency level. For example, if you have a heavy flow, your pants will be designed with a longer gusset to ensure a worry-free, leak-free period. 

    • Good news for those with sensitive and delicate skin! There are no perfumes or fragrances added to any of our materials. Instead, we use materials with odour-locking technology, avoiding any chemicals or nasties. 

      In fact, our materials are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they have been thoroughly tested and are free of any toxins or harmful substances that can be found on some textiles and materials. 

    • They look and feel just like your regular underwear, but you can bleed in them too! 

      Bodyform™ period pants are designed for any flows your vagina throws at them. There's no need for any other period products as the built-in absorbent gusset is there to lock everything snugly in. However, disposable period products can be used alongside period pants for additional support if that makes you feel more comfortable. Our washable pants also offer a sustainable choice of period care that has 68% less impact on the environment* - just bleed, wash and repeat, wear after wear for 50+ washes. 

      *Period pants by Bodyform™ reduces the carbon footprint to approximately one third that of a disposable towel and 88% less waste is produced, versus using a pair of underwear and two Ultra Towels (compared to 1 Bodyform™ Ultra Normal, 1 Bodyform™ Ultra Night and a panty made out of 50% cotton / 50% nylon).
