Good news! Washing period pants is not too much more effort than washing your regular underwear. Just rinse them with cold water first and then wash as you would your regular underwear - we recommend a maximum temperature of 40°C - just avoid bleach and fabric softener and hang to dry. The new ComfortFit may fit differently due to the improvements we have made. To find the most accurate size, and the best fit, measure your hips at their widest point and compare them to our size chart available at each product’s description page.

Remember: the pants should fit snugly but not so tight that they become uncomfortable – like a lovely firm hug.
