    It’s ok to have questions.

    • Our cotton period pants come in three different levels of absorbency - light, moderate and heavy. Our heavy cotton period pants will absorb your flow on those heavy days - while still being breathable for your V-Zone (your V-Zone refers to everything to do with your vagina, vulva and the V-shaped front of your body that you can see), so you can feel fresh and protected, for up to 12 hours.

    • We manufacture our period pants with lower greenhouse gas emissions, which reduces their carbon footprint. And because they’re reusable, 1 pair of period pants by"Bodyform™ replaces 100 pads, which is great for waste reduction!

      *Compared to the use of 100 single-use period products together with normal underwear washed 50 times. For further information, you can read about our eco promise.

    • Don't worry! These period pants have a specialised wicking and an absorbent layer that is treated with an antimicrobial odour control system - which basically means it neutralises odour in your intimate area, even when it's hot and sweaty outside.

    • Good news! Washing period pants is not too much more effort than washing your
      regular underwear. Just rinse them with cold water first and then wash as you would your regular underwear - we recommend a maximum temperature of 40°C -
      just avoid bleach and fabric softener and hang to dry.

      Luckily, we have a guide on all about caring for your period underwear so you can wear, wash and repeat for more than 50 times.

    • We have two different styles of cotton period pants. Our Hipster style sits just below your waist and offers extra coverage on your legs - perfect for wearing with your low-waist jeans! Brazilian style period pants sit low on your back with a cheeky cutaway style, flattering your curves, so they're great for wearing with gym wear or bodycon outfits. It's completely up to you to choose, or you can mix it up and try both, whatever you feel best in!
